Temecula Teen Mental Health Treatment

ROWI’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) level of care in Temecula is designed to treat teens who need more than once weekly therapy but do not reach the level of needing a partial hospitalization or full inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. The personalized IOP includes individual and family therapy, evidence-based groups (CBT, DBT), and holistic therapies. Parent coaching and PEERS® Social Skills Programming are available. Operating from 3:30pm to 6:30pm, Monday through Thursday, the program lasts 30 to 45 days. Teens, attending 3 or 4 days per week, maintain access to school and activities. Comprehensive discharge planning from Day 1 ensures ongoing support for post-IOP success.
