At ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers, our mission has always been clear: Transform the way families think about mental health – and provide the kind of support that helps kids thrive in school, sports, friendships, and life. Today, we’re excited to share a major milestone in that mission: ROWI has been named an Official Mental Health Partner of the Los Angeles Rams.
This partnership reflects a powerful, shared belief that mental health is a strength – not a weakness – and that early, short-term support can create a lifelong foundation for emotional, physical, and social well-being.
Why this partnership matters for families.
Recent data shows that 94% of young people report facing mental health challenges in a typical month. At ROWI, we see this every day. Teens are under more pressure than ever – academically, socially, athletically, and in family and digital environments. Without early support, that stress can linger and impact long-term development.
This partnership allows ROWI and the Rams to expand access to mental health care, education, and stigma-reducing conversations across Southern California through ROWI’s 24 wellness centers.

Introducing the Rams Win Within Mental Fitness Program®
One of the most exciting components of this partnership is the launch of the Rams Win Within Mental Fitness Program® – a first-of-its-kind initiative for kids ages 8-12 and teens 13-17.
Built on ROWI’s holistic, clinician-designed ROWI EDGE Program, Win Within blends mental health treatment with sports psychology strategies inspired by the training used by Rams athletes. This unique approach helps kids:
- Build resilience and emotional strength.
- Improve focus, confidence, and motivation.
- Develop healthy ways of managing stress.
- Strengthen relationships with peers and family.
- Increase performance in school, sports, and daily life.
This isn’t a program just for athletes – it’s for every young person who wants to grow, develop confidence, and learn how to “win within.” In the coming months, Win Within will be integrated into ROWI’s innovative curriculum for both full-day and after-school programs.
