We offer structured, high-quality intern and practicum opportunities for students pursuing graduate-level training in psychology, marriage and family therapy, clinical social work, counseling, or related behavioral health fields.

What you
can expect.
Our practicum experience is designed to help emerging clinicians develop core competencies in adolescent mental health treatment while gaining hands-on exposure to evidence-based practices across PHP and IOP levels of care.
Individual caseloads.

Explore CBT and DBT, mindfulness, digital hygiene, family systems, and process groups.
Navigate Kipu EMR, treatment planning, progress notes, and safety documentation.
Participate in weekly supervision and optional group consultation, intakes, safety planning, family meetings, interdisciplinary rounds.
Learn HIPAA compliance, chart audits, client engagement strategies.
Eligibility
- Graduate students in MFT, MSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD programs.
- Students whose programs require supervised practicum or field placement.
- Strong interest in adolescent and family mental health.
- Minimum of 15–20 hours per week availability.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month minimum placement.

- Attend scheduled supervision sessions.
- Complete documentation in a timely manner.
- Be open to feedback and clinical growth.
