Our safe and modern facilities provide a warm and engaging atmosphere for stability and growth.
PHP for Mental Health Treatment in San Diego County
ROWI® Teen in San Diego County Bay offers a non-residential Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) providing comprehensive clinical support for teens at home. Treatment includes individual and family therapy, psychiatric sessions, and evidence-based therapeutic groups like CBT and DBT. With an on-site school environment and educational liaisons, teens stay academically on track. Family involvement is crucial, fostering a supportive environment for learning and growth. ROWI addresses school-related stressors through Ed Liaisons, ensuring teens seamlessly transition back to school and social life post-program. This approach leads to more effective interventions and better outcomes for teens in the program.
IOP for Mental Health Treatment in San Diego County
ROWI® Teen’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in San Diego County caters to adolescents requiring more than once-weekly therapy without the intensity of a PHP program. The personalized IOP includes individual and family therapy, evidence-based therapeutic groups like CBT and DBT, as well as holistic and recreational therapies. Parent coaching and PEERS® Social Skills Programming are available. Teens, attending 3 or 4 days per week, maintain access to school and activities. Operating from 3:30pm to 6:30pm, Monday through Thursday, the program lasts 30 to 45 days. Comprehensive discharge planning from Day 1 ensures ongoing support for teens to thrive post-IOP completion.

Our Process: How ROWI Teen Helps
It is important to us to provide treatment that works for your child, and we understand that does not look the same for everyone. This is why each adolescent accessing services at ROWI® will meet with our clinical team who will design a customized care plan to meet specific individual needs. The treatment plan is completed with the adolescent and family members and will reflect goals in your child’s own words. This approach focuses on special areas for each adolescent to strengthen their own ability to refrain from going backward.
